Self hosted open source autoresponder

I'm looking for a self hosted open source php autoresponder.
I haven't been able to find any one yet, any suggestions ?

PHP List is on almost every fantastico installer in the world.

PHP List is a newsletter php script that i used but it doesn't have the features to set-up auto follow-up email campaigns like other autoresponders.

You are actually right. I use it to send mass emails. Sorry about that.

I may be retarded but why not use a hosted solution? You'll get a lot better delivery and they're dirt cheap.

My main issue with self hosted solution is translation, aweber for example is not able to provide a full foreign language interface for example that's the first reason why i'm looking at a self hosted solution.
The second reason is because initially i didn't use a hosted opt-in solution and now, even if all my opt-ins are double opt-in compliant i can't import them into a hosted solution.
