I'm hoping some of you guys can point me in the right direction.
I'm looking for a project management/client management system. I love the teamworkpm system, but for various reasons I'd prefer to have a self-hosted program.
Some of the things I'm looking for:
There are other things I'd like to have, but those are the most important. Whether it's free and open source or a paid solution doesn't really matter. What is important is that it's self-hosted and at minimum has the features I listed above.
Some of the systems I've looked into a bit include:
among a few others that slip my mind right now.
Another thing I'd like to have (which is where I've run into the biggest roadblock) is easy integration with google docs and/or dropbox. I know that teamworkpm's solution can do this, but, as I mentioned, I'd rather have a self-hosted solution.
I'd also prefer a one-time purchase as opposed to a monthly payment. However, if there is a system that requires a monthly payment and allows unlimited invoicing/clients/projects I could live with that. However, if it's going to cost a couple hundred bucks a month, I'd rather just pony up for an expensive single purchase system instead of paying a monthly fee for years on end.
If you have any experience with the systems I've listed above, I'd love to hear about your experiences with them as well as any other systems or vendors you recommend.

- File upload capabilities for staff and clients
- Worker and client messaging system
- Invoicing system with payment integration. At least integration with Paypal, but preferably with a wide range of payment gateways intergrated
- The ability to add and track milestones
- Client histories with purchase totals
- User friendly UI
