I have a movie forum where there's 55,000-75,000 visitors daily, 60% direct traffic, and most of them come from high quality countries such as US, UK, Canada, etc. I'll sell two advertising banner spots inside the forum:
1. Banner ad at the top of the homepage
2. Banner ad after every first post in all threads
Each banner spot will be rotated with max. 2 banner ads. So let's say I have 100,000 impressions, you'll get 50,000 of it. However, at the moment the previous ads have been expired so you'll get full impression until I get other advertiser coming in. Price is just $400 per month or $125 per week for each spot.
