A site sells for no less that month revenue x 10. Or for some other solid sites you can go as far as asking the revenue for 5 years. I'm not gonna go less then 2k us dollars. If your interested pm me.

No offense, but maybe 2 years ago. Now it's about 3-6 months, due to the liquidity in the market.

At least that's what I've seen, but to be honest - I've seen a lot.
