Im looking to dump a trademark. I dont have any use for it and im not sure if it would be of any value to anyone. Where would someone have the best luck of selling a trademark?

This is a federally registered mark? Registered or not, its could be invalid for abandonment. Typically only TMs in nontrivial and continuous use are valid although abandonment depends on the industry. 3 years is a prima facie case for abandonment btw.
I know this doesn't answer your question but if you no longer have ownership rights, it might be a hard sell.
