I got an article site (around 100 pages) that's been sitting unused for 5 years now. It's in the "chess" niche.
Back in 2005, I hired someone to write me a bunch of articles. All original and verified. Put them on a site, added Adsense, and then I haven't done anything with the site ever since.
So it's a very well established site. As safe as can be for xrumer blasts and/or any other kind of link-building techniques.
Currently, it gets 450-500 visitors per day from search engines. I think the home page is PR3, but haven't checked in a while. (And that's without any kind of promotions or link building campaigns. All natural, acquired over time.)
I would like to get $750 for it.
Yeah, I know it's more than the going rate for similar sites. But most of the similar sites sold are nothing more than 3-month-old spun blogs that would get sandboxed the minute you try to promote them.
This one is a really well established site.
You'll be able to check web archive snapshots beginning from March 2005, and it looked back then exactly as it looks today.
