SEO-Friendly WP Popup Plugins - Don't Mind Aff Links

Suggest a good pop up window plugin that allows for email opt ins. Would prefer one that also does exit pop ups too.

If you are an affiliate for it, I don't mind the links either.

I don't know of any, but hopefully whoever puts forth a suggestion can speak on the effectiveness of these kinds of pop ups.

I click them away every time I stumble my way into something awful like shoemoney or any other super-fantastic three-marketeer. They seem laughable to me, like who would read this?

However I was thinking about using something like this to run polls and surveys of visitors to get better demographic info. They may or may not popup right above a ppc ad block(I think I read something like that on bluehatseo).
