SEO VPS with preinstalled software

I've been looking at a few VPS providers that charge a monthly fee and include a bunch of SEO software. They claim it is all legal, but some of the programs have a monthly fee higher than what they are charging so it does not add up.

Do these VPS do what they claim? Is this just a blatant scam, software piracy or some sort of bulk licencing that allows them to do this?

yeah its not legitimate on there part.. a lot of the software can be warez or if its bought the licenses do not allow what they are doing, but really who gives a fuck
