First of all, I want to say thanks to OP for giving me this review copy. He gave it to me a while ago which meant that there was plenty of time to see SERP increases, and although Penguin did come through with all the updates, I believe this package had some good effect on me.

Communication: First of all, there was no issue with communication. I spoke to OP and in a matter of minutes everything was going underway and the work had started I believe. There is no issue here, and even if you had one I am pretty sure OP would answer your questions in a reasonable, fast time.

Speed: I actually cannot give an actual turnaround time so I cannot report on this. However, I can assure you that your report will be delivered within the turnaround time OP states.

Quality:

These links are really diverse and big. This is what Google is looking for, and OP here is offering that. This gives you full control, and more chances of your SERP rising to the top.

The links OP is providing is not only diverse, but powerful and very well spread. Instead of buying a single service, you are better of coming here for an all in one.

Price: Affordable in my opinion. I have seen others charging way more for way less.

SERPS: I managed to take a website and bring it into the top 10 and I believe this service deserves some credit for that. That website is also making me roughly $10 per day so this services definitely deserves some credit for that.

All in all, this is a good, recommended service.

Thanks Leith for the review! If I'm not mistaken, one of your keywords was already on page 1 which I brought the other two from where ever they were to page one. And the best thing is that it's sticking there. :)
