Hey Guys
Anyone know the SerpIQ guys?

I've been trying to upgrade an older account to a paid one and it takes my CC details but then nothing happens.

I've sent two seperate emails and tried their "online" chat a few times and cant seem to get a response from them. PRetty bad considering im trying to give them some money!

Sucks because I like their service.

hey, we were all off for the last two days because of weekend/halloween. Not sure why I didn't get these messages though. Ping me at admin@serpiq.com and I'll take care of you.

The guys have gotten in contact with me and its being sorted out.

Not sure whether it was my end or theirs because who knows when emails go astray.
