I will use my own credit card, I can complete offers that require credit card upon sign up (I live in the US so US Traffic Only)

if you have like 5 itraders, I will first sign up then you can make a payment to me

for example, if you are offering the following on your website:

'Super Green Tea Patch' offer on Azoogle
Payout occurs when user pays $3.95 S&H and orders product
with Payout of $27.00

then start a new thread on this forum, pm me, then I will sign-up for that offer, once you confirm that I have signed-up, you then send a payment of say $13.00 to me, then we both leave an itrader

you can email (professor.stacey(at)gmail.com) me for more info

note that i will be using my own credit card so this is limited, and you should make sure that incentivized ads are ok with the affiliate network you are working with

Ripping off the networks? Your entire business model relies on it NOT backing out for the merchant.
More importantly
I ALREADY BANNED YOU ONCE TODAY

Did you think I'd forget?

it's called incetivized advertising, you are totally wrong

Ok buddy, let me explain to you the concept of incentive advertising.

People have an incentive to sign up for offers. The idea being that they may actually like/use the service, and MAY convert into a consistent and paying sale. Or in the case of free trials(as in your example above) who knows, they may forget about it.

Now in your case, it's different. As you are directly taking any offer, one could conclude you have no interest in the actual product. Now, the affiliate cannot pay you more than the merchant pays them. The merchant cannot profit more than you pay them. So unless you're into doing business at a loss, it is impossible for the merchant to profit using your business model and idea. If it is possible for the merchant to profit, it implies you are taking a loss. Which I doubt is the case.

Secondly, the offer you used as an example in your own damn business pitch is NOT an incentive offer. So the obvious implication is that no Stacey, you are not involved in legit incentivization, even if we were to be ok with the idea that it was impossible for the merchant to profit in any way.

Thirdly, if I already banned you once for this earlier the same day, you do NOT fuckin create another account to post the identical offer. If I called it fraud once, I'll call it fraud again.

Now, you COULD have PMed me w/ your new account and attempted to explain yourself.
But you didn't.

You COULD have made a thread asking how it was fraudulent in the suggestion box.
But you didn't.

Instead you hoped I miraculously would not notice.

If you wish to reply to this, go for the gold. But I'm going to ban your current account to ensure you're not taking orders while I argue with you. I will not ban whichever IP you posted this from, so you can reply under a new account if that is what you wish.
