I bought some articles and was totally not satisfied, articles sucked even after they were redone ( because they sucked even harder before ) and even contained a piece of text taken from one of my own websites in that niche

He said "Please file a dispute and I will grant it."
I don't understand why should I file a dispute when he has a "Issue refund" button for every transaction...
I think I'm missing something, does it sound fishy to you?
