ServiceIgniter - Less Effort. More Sales. Happier Customers.
Firstly, this isn't your typical package here at WickedFire. This is aimed at people that offer services online. Whether that be in the WF BST or not, SEO related or not. If you sell something online for $$$, you should be interested.
If you currently use Wufoo for this, you really need to keep reading. I plan to get everybody from the BST on this platform one way or another for two reasons:
1. I know you'll love it, and your customers will love it.
2. I want your $$$.
Don't make me hunt you down. You want this.
This is an all-in-one sales platform for your services. We'll handle the Ordering, Delivery and give you Marketing features.
Ordering / Fulfilment
When a customer places an order, they get emailed a receipt / live report automatically - Example. The orders is obviously added to your dashboard too where you can do things like mark them as completed, upload reports to them, email customers for clarification, etc (see screenshots at end).
If your customer comments on an order, we'll let you know instantly via email. We'll keep them in the loop when you reply too, or if you decide to upload a file to their order (perfect for reports). Of course we also offer all the features you're used to right now, things like adding extra $$$ for certain checkboxes and drop-downs, etc.
It's well known that customers often drop out before finishing their order, once they hit the payment provider. Not to worry, we'll drop them an email reminding them 24hrs later; and let them finish up their order. Conversion Rate Increase = $$$.
Marketing
It's easier to just say we offer everything here. You can create coupons on an amount or percentage basis, expiry or no expiry, limited to certain services - etc.
A unique feature is customer groups, you can segment all your previous customers based on their previous ordering habits, and then email them directly from within ServiceIgniter. This is perfect if you launch a new service and want to tell your previous customers about it, give discounts to customers that meet a certain criteria, etc.
Reporting
Everything you need. Hits, Unique Visits, Purchases, Revenue. Browser Usage, Operating System Used. Country of Customers. You won't be disappointed.
Payment
You can currently accept payment both via PayPal and 2Checkout (nobody else offers 2CO). Requests are being taken for other payment providers.
Finishing Up
I know people don't like change, and you've been using your current form provider for the past 2 years. But honestly, you're wasting valuable time. You're still sending emails back and forth with reports, storing data in 8 different spreadsheets and having to search your inbox when a customer emails you about a 3 month old order.
