Hi there!
Ok, long story short, about 2 years ago, I was banned from adsense for click fraud. It was stupid, but I thought I could get away with it. I didn't.

Now, is there any way to set up another account, without getting banned? I have no other addresses. I've seen methods that involve setting up an llc, and I've considered this. but the problem is, that all payouts would have to be paid into the business bank account, right? So I'd be forced to pay corporation tax to the government, then income tax to take it out.

Even if it wasn't paid into a business a/c, I'd still have to pay these taxes, or it'd be classed as evasion.

So, is there any way round this? Or another way to set up an adsense account?

Tyvm!

I have the same question. I want to set up a few accounts proactively. Unfortunately a lot of people like to shit on adsense and Ass-U-Me you are a n00b if you use it so it's hard to get info. If those people saw my backend plan for my adsense sites they'd be slower to dump on the monetization method (which is all adsense is anyway).

My plan was/is to set up an LLC for each account but if I don't have to do that I don't really want to just because of the hassle. As far as taxes go I don't see that as a problem. I mean you have to pay taxes so whether the corporation or the individual pays them doesn't really make a difference. I don't think you'd be double taxed (corporate taxes and then individual income tax) but I could be wrong.

As far as "change your name and address" is it really that simple? And can I open an adsense account in a fake name or does it have to be a real person?

I'm wondering about opening an AS account as Joe Smith and then getting that money into my bank account. Can my AS account be "Joe Smith" and have it pay to a sole proprietorship set up by me without GOOG knowing?

There's really no way around it... the payee name and name of the account holder needs to be different. Consider setting up a business and applying with a business account... yes there are taxes but if you're serious about Adsense this isn't a big deal

Are you stupid? You have to pay taxes whether the money is paid to you or the business. If you have a passthrough LLC, you really don't pay taxes any differently than if you get paid as a sole proprietor.

Have a good friend who doesn't do anything on the net set something up for you to use.
Yes. And have your income be reported to the IRS under your friend's name. Smart.

Where are all you morons coming from?

Register it on your cat's name. Cat's don't have to pay taxes under US law. If you don't have a cat, get one. They are nice and fluffy.

BTW - LLC is good because you aren't subject to double taxation - so if you do go that route, you pay taxes on corporate side, but then don't pay taxes on your "dividends" or however you end up structuring taking money out of it.

But I agree with Joevis - create a thread "starting CPA after adsense ban"

But is a $500 LLC really necessary? What about a sole prop with a Tax ID instead of social?

Who the fuck pays $500 for an LLC? Go to your state government's website & find things yourself. I think I paid $100 to my state. Forget these third-party rip-off services.

If you can't afford $100/yr to do business, maybe it's about time that you gave up.

It's over $300 for the fees alone in my state. (and if I remember right there are a couple of other fees that bring the total close to $500) I've been to my state's website :action-smiley-052:

$500 $300 whatever regardless of the fees it's more hassle to set up an LLC compared to a DBA with EIN. Hence the original question.

Is it a waste of time and money? I don't mind spending either but I hate wasting them.

If you plan to earn more than that with adsense - it's worth it. You can't apply to Adsense with your DBA anymore cause you have been banned and you have only one first and last name with it:)

Never heard of a shelf corp until now. Sonny Forelli, you sir are a legit badass. I'll probably end up going with a regular fresh llc since I haven't even had my primary account banned yet but good to know that if I need to go balls out hiding from goog I can get a shelf corp. Thanks

Been through thois myself and here's how to get back into AdSense and/or create multiple accounts.

1) Get a new mailbox (couple of bucks a year)
2) Open a new bank account (open a business account as a sole proprieter, or just a second account in your name (Bob Smith, Robert Smith, Robert P Smith... you can get away with a few)
3)Set up a new email address
4) Set up a disposable blogger blog - post to it for 2 or 3 weeks with solid content.
5) Apply for Adsense with your new info through your blogger account.

It's worked for me more than once.
