Shoemoney Not Getting Paid By CJ

Umm why is that a mistake? You are saying that a network should pay out Shoe but not pay out a little guy? They do everything equally

But hey, I don't give a fuck if Shoe doesn't get paid :)

Yea, the exact reason why I never ever do anything with CJ. Yes I know there's other networks pulling same shit, but CJ has done it quite too many times. I have only been fucked over once in a very small payout, like $200, but that was enough for me. If they don't stick up for the affiliate, then it's bye bye.

It's funny how these networks think that it's ok to not pay the affiliate if advertiser doesn't pay. I understand it's a risk they want to avoid, but the affiliate has probably paid money for PPC traffic in order to make those sales in the first place. Do you they really think that affiliate is going to take a change in the future by spending thousands of dollars in PPC and then not getting paid.

Shoemoney may not be the biggest earner for the cj yahoo program but I doubt anyone else involved in it holds the influence he does.

They are too dumb to be evil. A true villain would pay a guy like shoe so he doesn't blog about it and fuck mostly everyone else.

More bad rep for CJ.

I agree guysmy. They must really be stupid to withhold from someone like Jeremy. Obviously he is going to blog about it, and unless they live under a rock, they know his blog has incredible reach. It's easy to discredit the guy on some forum with 50 posts, but really hard to discredit someone like Jeremy. /boggle

Plan for profit:
Step 1. Blog about how much CJ sucks
Step 2. Watch as affiliates dump CJ in droves
Step 3. Revel in my newfound lack of competition
Step 4. Profit!

/Just kidding....

I listened to Shoe's show a while back and he spoke about CJ not paying people and/or CJ claiming a ton of clicks werent valid then not paying them. Now my question is why is he still using them if he knew this was going on?

Well sometimes you got no choice. Some companies have decided to use certain company for their affiliate program and that's it. Either you use it or not. If you know for certain that this company's affiliate program will make you money you really don't have a choice.

he's right. In some instances, you have no choice of who to use. I'm sure Shoemoney has been paid by them before, and although it happened once, he knew they could still make him some money, even though there is a chance they will screw him.

Ahh the exclusive programs. Gotcha. Its pretty sad when companies pull this crap. Advertisers big or small, if a company gets enough bad rep they are done. If I'm someone starting out reading this post I have already made my decision whether to use them or not.
