Should we form a business entity from the start?

Don't fuckin' flame me. I ask only of your advice since I have a unique situation.

I already own an S corporation--But, it is a construction company, with the word construction in the title...
I haven't made a damned penny online yet, but wondering if I should get a company in place first since so many of these affiliate networks are always asking for company names.

Could I just use my construction company for this--perhaps as another division--or should I just start off witout a company and do this as a personal venture---If I ever take off with this, is it hard to get everything turned over into a business entity once your already established and making some coin?

When just starting off, I would avoid the whole company aspect, keep it as a personal venture until you know your shit and until your certain you can continue to turn a profit online, then turn it over to a company, its not that hard to change things around to suit your new company name but it is easy to create a company spend shit loads of money because you've got a company and still not make any money online because you didn't take the time to learn.

cool--I am feeling pretty motivated right now--I tried this for a moment or two a few years back--got nowhere

Didn't find you guys back then though- hopefully I can learn and stay motivated long enough to accomplish something this time around with a little help from you people

Hell, I am reaching desperate times--got to get something rolling quick--construction ain't the way to go if you are in Michigan anymore--just wish I would have started this back a year ago when I still had some money in the bank to get this off the ground....Not afraid of hard work or long hours--compared to what I usually do, this is almost a vacation

By the way, thanks to all of you who keep this alive and are willing to share your expertise--your positive energy will return to you tenfold...
