Want to try an idea and your really lazy? Well hook up with a local heating guy / handyman / plumber / or really anyone who is licensed for some professional service and approach them and say you have to have a few free leads.
To get these leads set up a free wufoo.com form and create a local page for where you live with a picture of your town or something or a local sports team. Then collect leads via local advertising on facebook or other platforms and give them a few free. Then charge them a fair value when they are making money off those leads. Rinse repeat then scale.
I guess this is actually a lot more work to keep it running and lazy people will failboat hard, but it's an idea.
