I'm putting together a site for a photographer, and seeing that they know absolutely ZERO html, etc...and they want to be able to easily upload photos, it seems like Wordpress would be the best route to go.

Now, they also want a secure login for clients to view photos, and also place their order. Placing their order should be easy enough...it's the secure login for each individual client, where they can login and see their pictures only....that's what I'm wondering about.

How can I keep this simple enough so that the photographer can upload pics whenever they want, and yet still implement the secure client login? Of course this could be custom programmed, but then we are talking $$$$, and I'm trying to do this on a $$$ budget. Is there a Wordpress plugin, etc... that would help out? Suggestions?

Gallery v2 or a number of flash based solutions such as Slideviewer, Tiltviewer, Autoviewer. Gallery seems more useful if you want them to have the ability for their own clients to login and view proofs.

For your client though, I'd suggest a wordpress front end, and install Gallery to a subfolder or subdomain such as domain.com/clients , or client.domain.com.
