I'm a n00b struggling real hard, trying to get a site and template ready for prime time. I need some adjustments in the CSS and a few other things an old hand can manage easily.

I can Paypal the person who will do some piecemeal work and tell me how it was done so I can learn something. p.m. me and let me know when you'll be available.

You know...there was once a time long, long ago that people weren't all proud/open about their "n00bness." It was hidden and embarrassing, just like the disfigured child in the village.

But seriously, dude. Get over the "lolz im a nublet" thing and crack a fucking book. Or use Google. If you can't get past basic CSS/HTML, it's time to call it a day. I'm not saying become a master web designer overnight, but at least learn how to edit templates for yourself.

Many of the people here aren't great with web design (I'm one of them), yet know how to do the little stuff on their own and save their money for outsourcing the big/unique projects.

Here are some basic tutorials:

HTML Tutorial

CSS Tutorial

PHP Tutorial

I'll even let you in on a little secret. You don't have to know everything about the above topics. In fact, it's better if you have a basic understanding of syntax/structure and then JUST DO IT. Just dive into your template and start fucking around. You'll be surprised how easy it is to get things to do what you want (most of the time).
