Anyone ever experience anything like this? Takes 45 seconds to load in Firefox and IE but 2 seconds in Safari and Chrome. Haven't really changed anything so having a hell of a time trying to figure out what the problem is. Its a client's site, custom php site. Don't mind providing the url if you think you can help me out.

Any help would be appreciated.

It's hard to give serious advice when you've exaggerated the numbers so much. If it's actually 45 seconds of load time then I'm sorry, but you need to fucking start from square one again and plan better.

Are you retarded? What good does it do me to exaggerate the numbers, those are the exact numbers.

Anyways a little more info, this isn't a new site, it has been working fine for the last 3 years across all browsers with a normal load time until last week when this Firefox/IE problem has surfaced. If you have any ideas or thoughts would love to hear them.

I'm experiencing the same thing. Firefox is literally taking 45 seconds to load a page and as op said, chrome is fast as shit.

Same issue on many different computers.

Running any diagnostics always shows the same thing, Time To First Byte is about 43 seconds and then all the images, scripts etc loads up in 2 seconds.

Same problem for any URL of the site, not just the home page.
