Agreed. It was clogged up and malfunctioning within a couple hours. There's nothing "ballin" about cleaning cat poop off the individual tines of an automated scooping system that's supposed to do the work for you.
I took it back to the store. I felt bad for the retail clerk who took that return, but seriously...$150 for a litter box that clogs on the first use?? Litter is the one thing that makes me hesitant about getting a cat again. Parrots are 100x easier.
It sounds like for 150, you expect a little elf to sit inside the fucking box and clean the grate with a microscope every time your cat takes a dump. I don't know what you feed your cat, but my cat's shit scoops up just fine. Had it for a couple years now. It's not the quietest thing in the world but it saves me from scooping up cat shit everyday. Fuck that.
