Dammit! I had a 5 campaigns for the same site with a quality landing page running for the last 7 months. Now Google have slapped it, giving my previous 7-10/10 QS a 1/10. Reason stated: Poor quality landing page.

It's got all the usual crap: contact, privacy etc. It's not acai, colon etc.

What the fuck is going on? Is there an Adwords contact number I can call?

It was a rebill for a monthly subscription to something. But it was a commodity that you would need regularly. Yes, CPA. Several other advertisers in the niche and their sites are still there.
 
Have you looked at what they might be doing differently to you? have they been there as long or longer than you?
 
There started at a similar time to me I believe. They are showing several different offers from the same company whereas I go into detail on one offer.
 
Well I dunno, I don't do CPA offers, but I do know google is getting worse everyday when it comes to them.

Maybe a blessing in disguise, at least they didn't ban you *touch wood*

Learn some copywriting skillages and go for CPS, so many less headaches.
 
Well, they buy a product that gets them into a monthly subscription. It's not a free trial or anything. They part with money! So is that a CPA offer?

And is there no contact number for Adwords?
 
stick79, I think jessica alba is hot and all, but is it necessary to load up a 1meg+ animated gif in your signature? if you post more then once in a thread my browser starts choking lol
 
Thanks for the number. The lady at Adwords said its hard for an affiliate to create a site that will be good enough for a decent quality score. She criticised my landing page for having to scroll for miles! It's not that bad. She said she can't give any specific information about what is wrong with my landing page except her specific comments.
 
The key is to NOT let Googles' faggot ass know that you're an affiliate. Qualify that traffic by making them take an action deeper into your site where Google can't see it.
 
When you are Google slapped, do you immediately create another site but with differences? Or is that likely to get you into hot water?

Garrett, I presume you are suggesting something like an optin?
 
Same here. I was running a rebill campaign for last 2 months. Got the same problem. The traffic drained out.

It is VERY necessary, since his new signature I've had sex with my wife twice today and everyone is happy.
