I'm not sure if this is the right place to put this, but my buddy works for a company based in the US that designs and programs applications for all smartphones (iphone, android, blackberry, etc).

I'm not interested in taking development projects and don't want to steal Cake's thunder, but if there is a lot of interest in something like this, I'd love to know. I have a number of excellent Java programmers looking for work at affordable rates and would love to know if telling them to pick up objective C as well would make them huge assets.
