Anybody have a good reliable SMS autoresponder service you're using?

Something that lets me choose a few different keywords. I have need of one for some real estate lead capture pages.

Are people going to be texting into your number for autoresponse or entering their mobile on a website (your first sentence implies the former, the second the later)?

If you don't mind using a 10-digit number to send (over a shortcode of 5/6 digits), you'll get better prices than any of the straight bulk sms providers by creating a simple app using Twilio. They charge less than a penny a message outbound and a basic autoresponder script without anything fancy can be coded up in less than an hour by someone who knows their api. Lots of people on the forum rave about twilio so you should definitely be able to find someone to do the job in BST for a reasonable price. Its also pay as you go so no monthly minimums or commitments.

Thanks for the suggestions, keep em coming.

I'd like the option to do both... but imho the second would probably be better.

OK, here's the full deal.

I have a friend who's got a small real estate business. He's paid out a ton of money to outsourcing companies and gotten ripped off to the tune of a few grand. He's also forked out a bunch of money to some real estate guru. Part of this guru guy's program is building landers/lead capture pages. Problem is all these landers are hosted with the guru guy and are terrible for SEO the way they are set up. These landers have SMS service integrated.

I offered to move all his stuff over to my hosting for free and get him going properly. I also don't trust the guru guy to not steal the leads and either work them himself or resell them. You know them gurus be ridin' dirty.

So this is where I'm at. Trying to find a replacement for the guru's SMS service. I've never used SMS services before and I'm pretty open to options, as long as it works.
