I'm looking to enhance my site's verification process. As of now, we confirm all orders with clients over the phone and run them through fraud score's and check public databases. The problem is that we are loosing orders by not getting a hold of clients. I'm looking for someway to have the client get an sms(txt msg) immediately after the purchase, and have them confirm the order through txt. Automated voice conformation would also be cool. Does anyone know where to go to get this kind of stuff?
