I'd agree but these people steal so much that the IRS then has to steal from people like you and me to cover the thefts. Just like Wal-Mart raises their prices to cover their losses. It really is messed up. Like, imagine the IRS says you owe them 20 grand or they're gonna come after you. So you make a few moves, then walk into the IRS with a briefcase with 20k in it.
