I just moved into a new house and somehow my internet order was misunderstood. I ordered 107mb but i received a 1.5mb connection. I was previously on Uverse 24mb and going from 24 down to 1.5 reminds of the first time I went from dial up to ISDN.

I hope like hell this all gets straightened out in the morning. I have been waiting almost am hour for a single video on pornhub to load :boid:

Hey you guys stop posting these jpgs so the OP can read the thread....

fixed (kind of)

Gotta call tech support in the morning and see why my ping is so high and why my speed is not up to the advertised 110Mb/s

You will never get the advertised amount. The amounts of splits in your home wiring from the pole to your modem, the distance the pole is from the repeater/booster, the amount of cross-talk in the lines, etc. all contribute to latency and disruption of your service.

The node for my neighborhood is literally in my back yard and the cable is pulled from there directly into my office. They are guaranteeing me 110mbps to my desktop. The tech is supposed to be here in the morning to see if he can get it fixed.
