Whatever you want to call it. Basically it means placing your content first in the HTML code, and then moving it to where you want it visually via CSS. The idea is that search engines find your content (read links) before all the other crap like your header, menu, etc.

I'm curious if anyone has experience with this, and if it made a noticeable difference. The fact that your in-content links are higher in the document than your menu links sounds pretty tasty.
