Social Network/Forum Plugin

I was looking for a similar discussion, but did not find anything, so I'm starting a new topic.

Is anyone familiar with a plugin for a website developed on a wordpress template that allows you to hold a forum style discussion where the posters are required to log into their social networking (primarily facebook) account prior to posting?

I have found plugins like this, however they only work if your site is wordpress.org, which mine is not.

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks Ronald. Am I able to use this as a plugin with another theme, or does BuddyPress have to be the main theme when you are using it?

Actually visit buddypress website. BB comes with many diff themes that you can change, basically BB is a plugin that mods your entire WP site

buddy press is the best solution for creating forums and it works better with Wordpress.I am running my website with buddy press and it's giving me good results.
