Social networking sites like Myspace.com, Facebook, Youtube.com, Technorati.com are HOT at the moment!

Right now you see a development of social networking through mobile phones:

Pitch.tv (UK) started 4 months ago & has already 20,000 subscribers and a newcomer is Cerkle.com!

Anyone here thought about setting up a social networking site for mobil phones only?

I promoted a couple of months ago those mobile chat offers, but never did so well as ringtone offers for example! Maybe this going to change...!? What is your opinion?

I'm developing an social themed application for mobile phones - not a social networking site though...

hoping to get things up and running in the next few months, we will see how my programmers do...

I guess that mobil phones have for almost every age something entertaining:
just making calls, social networking or pretending that you make calls by copying your parents...

That is a great idea...But since I'm not a programmer, I wouldn't even know where to begin... Still, solid idea. I'm sure someone will run with it.
