Don't ask to be spoonfed, ask specific q's on the specific tasks you're working on (maybe), and read the sticky posts/use the search button.

There are no "free" effective methods, anything you do will cost you money or time.
Most likely both.

Sure you can make money with your free hosted site, but you need to have a good site with traffic and I highly doubt that.
