Hi again WickedFire,

Does anyone here have experience with Payoneer? Is it possible to use the prepaid MasterCard with Facebook advertising? Also, any way of transfering PayPal money to your Payoneer card?

Thanks in advance :-)

Adam

As far as I know, Facebook does not accept prepaid. It accepts credit cards: Visa ; Mastercard; American Express; Discover; JCB. PayPal. Please someone correct me if I am wrong.

You can attach Payoneer card to your Paypal account, this means you can withdraw funds to your card.

Good luck man.

Wouldn't this mean I can attach the Payoneer card to PayPal and then pay my FB ads through that?

Good luck man.
Thanks! :-)

Hey Guys,

The Payoneer card is a prepaid debit Master Card, and can be used online and offline, at any location worldwide accepting debit Master Card.

If Facebook accept debit Master Cards, there is no reason they shouldn't accept the Payoneer card (just make sure you have sufficient funds on the card).

PayPal does accept debit Master Cards as a means of verifying an account, just make sure your card is preloaded with funds before you add it, as PayPal will issue a test charge to the card.

We currently do not support direct loading of the prepaid card via PayPal, though once you have received at least 3 partner/affiliate payments to your account, you can apply for an invitation to the US Virtual Account pilot program.

If you have any more questions or comments, please feel free.

Thanks ;)

Hey Nissim,

Thanks a lot for your answer. Is there any other way of having it charged by PayPal, be it unofficial or whatever? I plan on starting to get my affiliate payments paid via Payoneer, but I need to transfer my original money to fund my campaign.

Thanks,

If you add your Payoneer card to your PayPal account, when you make a payment via PayPal you can choose to process the charge with the Payoneer card.

If you mean cash out PayPal funds to the prepaid card, we don't have any immediate plans for that as we do not currently have a partnership with PayPal (though we'd love to have one, so feel free to let them know you think Payoneer would be a good option).

As I mentioned, we have the US Virtual Account pilot program, however being a pilot program it's available only via invite (contact CS for details).

Thanks,

Hey Nissim,

I just had my application denied for being underage. Any way around this?

Thanks,

Unfortunately, no, due to laws, rules and regulations we are unable to issue cards to anyone under the age of 18.

I tried to use my debit card in FB ads but they declined it. Don't know the actual reason but I think they halted approving credit/debit cards..

I'm afraid this entirely depends on FB. It's not something we specifically block, and the Payoneer card is accepted by any merchant accpeting debit MasterCard cards, so they just need to allow the use of debit MasterCard cards. As we aren't affiliated with FB, it's a question you need to ask them directly.

Thanks,
