Some reference questions

As someone new to affiliate marketing (talking in the basic, ground-floor beginning), what are the reviews and opinions of a few publications I know of:

1) Rosalind Gardners "How I made $400-someodd in one year selling other peoples stuff..."
2) Ken Evoy : Affilaite Masters Publications. He has the SiteSell.com site and the SBI (SiteBuildIt) tool.

Just curious as to how appropriate they would be for someone just starting out.

Most e-books are shitty. If you're gonna spend money on them, these 2 are pretty good for starters (especially since their premise is not based on getting you to sell their shit)

Thanks for your direct answer. No, I am sponsoring them, selling or anything like that. I have just heard of them and was curious to know if they are worthless and no good. So, I am not sure where that thought of me being a support comes form, but it is 100% unwarranted sir.
