Spartacus



Yeah, was worried it wouldnt be as good as the first season, especially with the main character out, but luckily so far it's been good, lots more blood and violence, lots more tits and lesbians. Just hope they dont over do it and ruin it.
 
Yeah, been looking forward to it since the first one ended, fucking fantastic series. If they're not fucking then you know that there's a fight taking place, and as soon as the fightings finished its back to the fucking.

They're doing the sequel to the first series at the moment, it's out at the end of the year. New guy playing Spartacus though as the original one has cancer.
 
Yeah apparently they originally did the prequal (Gods of the Arena) to give Andy time to recover but when his cancer came back a second time they decided to recast. It does suck luckily as far as the series goes his character doesn't make the show what it is as much as the surrounding cast did so even if the new guy is decent it could end up being ok.

The original character has cancer?

How the fuck did he have that physique? Or did the shit c'mon quick after filming? Dont know why, just curious. I thought the series was great, watched it all on apple tv but havent started watching this new one.
