I bought a paid review package.

The links are the correct PR values, and although a few were messed up, he did come around and fix everything for me.

Most pages do not have very many OBL's, but some have a ton... he also employed some linking techniques I have not really seen. So 2 thumbs up.

The only problem is that these pages are getting more and more comments, so the values will likely fall very fast.
