I want a refund and my almost 3 hours back. I tried to convince myself the movie was okay, but the more time that passes I'm just plain pissed.

People were laughing, and not in the right places. There was more Visine used on that set for fake tears than a whole year of One Life to Live.

And the effects were crap too. Looked like some shit off the Nintendo Wii.

:repuke:

I see you're from Georgia. Maybe that's the problem.

Oh, calm down I'm kidding. I'm from Atlanta. Been in L.A. for a long while though. So I am a bit jadded movie wise.

Seriously though, what was to like? Terrible script. They went from Pulitzer prize winning author and the ultimate comic Geek Michael Chabon's screenplay to... Sam Raimi's brother. Nepotism is a bitch. The dialogue sounds like it was written by George Lucas.

I heard it was horrible.. bad enough to not bother getting the screener dvd rip on usenet.

It had it's moments. I enjoyed seeing Venom and laughing when Mr. Jameson makes a funny. Also I smiled big when Parker first appeared with the black suit. But that was it, the rest sucked.

It would have been nice if Kirstin Dunst was actually hot and not a raging alchoholic. The blondie wasn't bad though.

Agreed. Ron Howard's daughter is surprisingly hot as a blonde instead of her usual redheadedness. And she seems like the only one even trying to act in this movie.

I think people just feed into what they hear. The movie is not as good as the first two movies. But. BUT. It is way better than some of the crap they have been putting on the big screen lately.

Oh and the last fight scene is awesome.

.. lastly ..
Kristen Dunst needs to get that fang fixed. That just bugs the shit out of me.

Hahaha, I went and saw it at IMAX and that fang was just pissing me off. The point that ruined it for me was the end fight, it was way to stupid. I mean they teamed up and fought another team and then sandy just apologised and flew away. Angry after that

Thanks for the spoiler. Dick. :smokin:

You're probably right, but I'm a sucker for the Spider-Man movies since I loved the comics when i was a kid. I still have all the "Amazing Spider-Man" issues that McFarland drew. So I'll still go see it at IMAX and waste 10...shit..no, gotta bring the girlfriend...$20. Well, plus dinner first, and I have to have popcorn. And soda. And candy 'cause I'm a big fatass. So, yeah, I;ll probably just go and plunk down the $120 or so to see it.

Sigh.

hahah wtf @ pelvic thrusts at chicks for like 15 minutes straight.

heh after the first 20 minutes or so of me going WTF IS THIS SHEIT!!...i just loosened up and took it for what it is...a comedy with some drama scenes. The crowd was hilarious, laughing at the most horrible scenes (goblin/dunst cooking scene ack) Defiantly livened up the flick. Other then that...its just like part 1 and part 2 ...don't really see much difference.

Best part of movie - Bruce Campbell :D
