Can anyone give me an idea of how much CPM I can get as a publisher running a sports community? Let's say for example 100k/day impressions on a forum for a particular NFL team. I know it's probably not going to be super profitable but it seems like certain brands would love that traffic..

Any suggestions for affiliate based monetization options?

Tickets for sporting events. Sports gear (jerseys, hats, etc). There's lots of stuff.
