since this thread got bumped anyways, I'm going to throw out a small tip that are concerning a few people.
I got about 6 emails this week from people who were wondering why the tool didn't seem to have a big affect on a few sites they've submitted yet it did on others. I had them all reply back with the urls they were talking about and I investigated. 9 out of every 10 were having obviously problems with deep indexing. Like they would only have 4-10 pages in the index and most of them were supplementals. Since the tool can only focus on one phase of promotion at a time and can't look into the future, depending on the sites' current needs. It obviously focused most of it's power on getting more pages in the index.
So just to clear up a bit of confusion. If you run a site through and your not seeing much results, check the current state of your site in the engines. If its pretty obvious that your sites aren't deep indexed properly than focus on getting that problem solved before you start worrying about why you're not ranking for highly competitive terms yet.
Likewise, if this is your case, and you want to monitor the tool's progress than make a note of it's current deep indexing stats as well as how the supplementals for your site looks. Than run it through the tool again after a few days and after about a week make another note of any changes. If you see no strong changes, double check your onsite SEO and inner linking then email me or Rob.
Remember the tool takes 60 SEO factors into consideration. Being strong in almost all 60 factors = high rankings, no exceptions. So if you run the site through and the analysis says your below the 25% range, than you can be certain your site probably isn't going to be ranking for Viagra or home loans next week no matter how times you submit it.
In short: squirt != magic wand
