They were sold but the buyer was unable to come up with the funds and informed me to list them back up for sale.

Me too, as I stated, they were wold but the buyer could not come up with the money and had to pass them up.
I am looking to sell these as I would like to reinvest the money as soon as possible.

Have a look at the 2010 olympic games in van shit they got going about this your not allowed to use the words olympic, game, 2010, vancouver, and a shit more in your advertising or products, they even have a team on the internet cracking down on those terms.
