hands down roboform. I have used several methods starting with spreadsheets and progressing through pass managers that require you to copy and paste the username and password into the page. Copying and pasting through the clipboard is a security problem since someone can write an application that monitors the clipboard and sends them that info.
Roboform doesn't use the clipboard and it recognizes the page you're on so all you have to do is click one button to enter the un, pwd. You can also select the login from a list and it will navigate to the page, enter your login info then submit the form!

I've been using Password Gorilla. The only reason I'm using it is because it's cross platform. I store my encrypted file on a thumb drive and I can have my password list on my mac or my desktop.
Started using Password Gorilla about 2 weeks ago as it was recommended in another thread on the forum. So far I love it. I can generate a random pass for each login and then just save it. Plus the database file is universal and can be opened by other apps.
Might be something to look into.
