Staying regular on a long vacation

I'm going to be traveling for a few months and I need some tips on how to stay regular over that period.

It will be my longest trip yet.. normally I am only accustom to going away for a few weeks at a time. When I do go away, it simply just doesn't come out. I end up having a bloated stomach and only when I return home can I actually have a good bowel movement.

I once went away for an entire week and didn't shit once. It's the worst feeling ever... bc you think there is something seriously wrong with you.

So I don't want to repeat that which is why I'm posting here looking for tips.

Eat lots of food, try to stick to dodgy street stalls, drink lots and you will be able to shit through the eye of a needle, problem solved!!

Give me a break, dude. This is a Gay webmasters forum for christs sake. There certainly are a lot of things that we can discuss here, but your bowel movement ain't one of 'em.

Let's just pretend I'm genuinely interested in offering you a solution. How about liquid diet?

Try magnesium glycinate. KAL Labs has a good one that's available at [ame="http://www.amazon.com/KAL-Magnesium-Glycinate-400-tablets/dp/B00013YZ1Q/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1400108402&sr=8-1&keywords=magnesium+glycinate+kal"]Amazon[/ame]. I've heard Doctor's Best[ame="http://www.amazon.com/Doctors-Best-Absorption-Magnesium-Elemental/dp/B000BD0RT0/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1400108552&sr=8-1&keywords=magnesium+glycinate+doctors+best"](link)[/ame] is good, too.

Mag glycinate is easily absorbed. I take 400 mg per day and it works like a charm. If you need an emergency evac, try magnesium citrate. Just stay near the john. I've never tried it (never needed to), but fun stories abound (think explosive).

Other than that, go easy on the fiber (if you're consuming a lot), stay hydrated, and reduce your consumption of foods that are gumming up the pipes. For example, meats are fine, but junk foods are iffy.

Also, keep in mind that none of the above may work for you. Everyone's different. So take my suggestions with a healthy grain of salt.

You didn't shit for a week and yet didn't go to a doctor? WFT? Not shitting = not good.

Someone I know was reporting having a hard time shitting, something eerily similar to what you are talking about; turned out to be colon cancer.

Hope I'm way off, but just through I'd throw that out there.

Of course, like those seeking legal advice on a marketing forum, you could always just go with whatever amateur and anonymous advice you get here and bet your life on it. I've never done it, and it isn't my thing, but it is probably fun for some people... I'm guessing the same folks to enjoy a good game of Russian roulette.

I guess trying a diet high on fiber can help to force it until you get the hang of it... It's all in your head. Seriously. You need to get more comfortable with yourself. It's natural, everybody does it, there's no shame in it. Just do it.

Regards, your friendly internet bowel movement advisory team.

I feel you man. I've secretly had this problem as well. It was so bad I had to see a surgeon about it after my family doctor gave up.

Here's what several months of experimenting with diets, supps, etc lead to:

Basically, miralax is an indigestible fiber and, as long as you drink water, it'll make your trips to the toilet super easy (and fun!).

You can take it daily as "insurance" if you wish.

gl best wishes

As an adult male you should be getting about +30 grams/day of fiber in your diet. If your diet lacks that, then you need to take supplements.

Those fiber drink mixes are nasty. The caps are much easier to down.

Macro greens once a day. Perfect for extended travel health all around. Takes up almost no space in the luggage and solves that shit...before its an issue. 30 min after a meal no matter what you're taking a shit, count on it.

Added bonus is it's alkalizing like no other so it'll give you incredible amounts of energy.

I just posted about shit...signing off for a while

Stop acting like a little bitch on a public forum and supplement your shitty diet with psyllium fiber.

Daily or twice-daily fiber supplement and lots of water and you'll be dropping turds far and wide. Oh the places you'll go.

but if you want a worst-case fail-safe backup, bring a wee pack of glycerin suppositories and lovingly slip one into your no-no hole as needed or desired. You'll poop.

Stop being a little cunt on a public forum talking about your phaggoty "supplements" and shit, and just drink a six pack of cheap beer and follow it up tomorrow morning with a McDonalds steak bagel and hash browns.

Instant fucking enema, bros- I guarangoddamtee it.

Ingredients available Worldwide.
