I would add an 8.5: Monitor your CTR and create new ads with minor tweaks and improvements to the copy.

Nice little step by step. I finally tried doing some ads on Facebook last night. Ran them at your recommended $.15 and they never ran, so this obviously needs to be bumped up. Facebook is recommending $.44

@trentiles facebook would recommend that because THE HIGHER YOUR BID THE MORE MONEY THEY MAKE. also, my ads are targeted for a specific niche, not just single men 18-65 which is why my bids are that low.

I have experimented with facebook ads recently. I have seen the proof that you can make decent money off of it. You just have to know what programs to look for. I generally have better luck with leads. I just can't get people to actually buy anything... But I can get some leads to convert. Tweaking my ads, narrowing down my target audience, and finding the right promotions to advertise. Hopefully it will click soon.
