It's hard for me to figure out just what motivates Jobs. Half the time, he seems like he'd really rather be doing something else.
 
Seems a lot of people trade idealism for cynicism as they get older. Look at all the 60s kids in positions of power now.

What motivates him? Making apple the best company he possibly can. That means stealing when necessary, and protecting what he has if necessary.

I think it's pretty natural behaviour, I wouldn't criticize him at all.
 
Meh, the hypocrisy of Steve Jobs is no different than that of any other big company CEO, but he seems to be unique in having an army of apologist hipster retards intent on giving him a pass for shit that get's others called out on.
