I dont know BenchmarkEmail but I just canceled my StreamSend account due to very poor customer support and lack of service. I wouldnt recomend you use streamsend. use a better company that know how to treat their customers.

After running my first email campaign my review of StreamSend is as follows:

Customer Service.....Just ok
Backend Interface.....Really Nice
Reporting....Terrible, very few reporting options
Delivery Rate.....Good
Open Rate......TERRIBLE

I have never seen such low open rates as the campaign I did with StreamSend. I'm going to try one more campaign with them but at this point i do not recommend them.
