Structured Settlement Leads

I'm managing a new affiliate program for selling structured settlement, annuity payments, insurance payments, lottery payments, or other future payments on Google Affiliate. I am also looking to purchase these types of leads. Can anyone recommend a good lead buyer for these types of leads? Thanks.

Sorry I wasn't clear before. My client is looking to buy leads of those looking to sell their annuities for a lump sum.

My client is managed by some former executives at JG Wentworth and are looking for leads to close on themselves.

We are generating leads through our own affiliate program, but also want to supplement the volume. We haven't had much luck with LeadPile or the others, so we've have focused on a higher payout ($50 a lead) for our Google Affiliate Network program.

I was just curious if there were any other lead buying services (like LeadPile) that anyone could recommend.

What networks have you contacted so far?
