StuffedTracker - Anyone Recommend?

I've used Stuffed Tracker on a few domains and it is absolutely one of the best tracking solutions if you like control. Demand is increasing for this type of software now that more and more people are finally waking up and realizing that 'other' analytics package isn't so free anymore.
 
never heard of it but looked at it and it looks nice. It just seems like an analytics package. Does anyone know if it does anything that any of the other analytics packages don't?
 
I believe you install it on your own server and track it yourself, so you have private stas - which to me is a huge plus.
 
it would pass referrals, that is the shortcoming.
Other functions seem not good, not bad. Personally I think the script is a bit slow.
 
I've used it for a few month - very powerful, but it has some shortcomings. It is really built more for traditional PPC campaigns (where you are the merchant) .

I would say it is one of the best self-hosted solutions out there - but that's because most other self-hosted solutions are terrible.

I would certainly recommend StuffedTracker to a merchant looking to track his own campaigns. I am not 100% sure I would recommend it to an affiliate marketer - it really all depends on what you are using now.
