Stylesheet isn't changing a section on my page?

I'm trying to put a white background behind the paragraph under the ad on this page:

Episodes | Date Unknown

I'm using this id in the stylesheet and it's not changing anything:

#sidebarright #block-block-9

Can anyone advise how to fix this?

Looks like you've figured out the background issue.

A lot of the errors and warnings are because of links on the page.
