Hello everyone. I registered the domain Sub4Sub(dot)net on July 25th 2008. Over the past few weeks I have hand coded the entire site. This is not a clone script, and I believe that there is no other site that offers this service. It is pretty straight forward. People who are interested in promoting their youtube channel or videos go to the site and exchange subscriptions and comments on each others videos. The site uses a combination of scrapers and cron jobs to verify all subscriptions. There is no 'honor system'. Thats pretty much it, if you are interested to see it fully functioning you can go to the site.
So, I am selling it. The site has not been monetized at all, as you might see there is no advertising or anything like that. I believe some basic adsense and a paypal donate button would bring in decent cash, but unfortunately I have been banned from both.
My intention was for this to be a summer project, and summer is ending now, so I gotta get back into school mode.
I originally promoted the site using a bot that I wrote which autoposted comments on peoples channels promoting the site. That worked extremely well. There is also a system in place that gives people a bonus if they post a backlink on their channel to the site. I have not run the bot for several weeks now and the site continues to grow, mostly through the channel backlinks and it is the first result in a google search for sub4sub.
Sub4Sub is a generally accepted practice on Youtube, and youtube has no policies against it. I am sure they would frown much more on my comment exchange, and I do not promote that aspect of the site at all, but it gets used a lot anyway by the people who signed up to do the sub4sub.

Some other quick stats not seen there: There have been over 12,500 subscriptions completed through the site since it began less than a month ago and about 1000 comments since that was started a week or so ago.
There are over 1000 members registered on the site. With email addresses. I have not bothered to send out any emails yet, but i think i did write a script for it.
You will see that traffic slowed when I stopped using the bot in early August, but that was bound to happen. The growth now is much more healthy and sustainable. But if you want the bot, I can hand that over with the site at the time of purchase and you may use it as you see fit.
