Nice but develop it and sell it for some real cash:

Get a script that will let you run a link site or a link dump site,
add some advertising blocks and document all traffic and revenue.
Then put it up for sale at ebay, sedo, dnforum, sitepoint, here, digitalpoint etc...

Nice domain that would sell for a good amount if developed. It's 3 words and long so worth maybe at most 10-20 to a reseller as just a domain. you could get at least a few hundred for it if you develop it and let it run for a few months.

If it's not developed, nothing! Once you have some revenue generated, I've seen threads that pay 3 to 4 months of revenue for a domain. I personally, wouldn't give up my domain for that since in 3 to 4 months, you could continue to make a profit beyond what you sold it for!

the usual going price for a website is the 10-12 month of revenue range
