So I'm looking for some feel-good and would like to hear some success stories. What was the offer? What made it successful? Was there a stroke of luck involved? Relationship? Timing?
Of course profit will be the main reason why it was a home. I just like hearing this stuff. It sparks ideas and gets the good mojo flowing.

My biggest win was when I was with a now defunct advertiser in the home refi space. We matched borrowers with lenders. This was back in 04. The market of course had lots to do with it but we were basically printing money.
